Trailhead is the first of a series of "shorts" -- one minute long tracks designed specifically for the current phenomenon of short videos. Trailhead is an instrumental track inspired by the excitement and anticipation felt when first entering a new trail. The cover photo is a stylized version of the entry to The Subway, my favorite hike in the American Outback.
To use any of these shorts, search for "cj villa" in the "Add Sound" section of your favorite short video app. With YouTube, you will correctly find the full one minute version. On TikTok, you get an abbreviated 42 second version. In Instagram Reels, for some reason nada.
